JOHN ARRIOLA, ASSOCIATE BROKER

John
is a recent retiree that has relocated to the growing desert community
of Pahrump, Nevada. John retired from the City of Seaside Fire
Department, California as a Captain in December 2003 with 31 years of
service.
During his tenure with the Fire
Department, he served in many capacities to include:

• Fire Engineer
• Water Supply Officer
• Fire Captain
• Emergency Medical Technician
• Hazardous Materials Technician
• Acting Battalion Chief
• City of Seaside Emergency Disaster Coordinator
• Safety Committee Member
• Task Force Committee Member

John’s abilities were also
recognized by his peers who selected him as Firefighter of the year
1997, President of the Firefighters Association, and he served for many
years as the Fire Department negotiator for wages and benefits. John
represented his department in
the Firefighters Olympics for many years as a tennis player.
John also served his
country from 1967 to 1970 as a soldier in the United States Army
spending fourteen months on the DMZ in Korea with the 2nd Infantry
Division.
John also pursued an
additional career in real estate investment and sales. He has over 25
years of sales experience from the Monterey Peninsula, of which 20
years are as a Real Estate Broker.
Since retiring from
the fire service, John has relocated to Pahrump, Nevada, and obtained
his Nevada Real Estate Broker's License. He is now working full time as
a broker/salesperson for Century 21 Aaimheigh in Pahrump.
The community of
Pahrump has recently been discovered by retirees from many states,
especially Californians, and it is also becoming a bedroom community
for “Las Vegans” seeking a sense of community and a better value for
their real estate dollar.
